First double shot weekend

Well, I did it. Went four miles run on this Sunday. It’s about 3:00 pm and I’m tired.

Now though, the week is set up much better. On Tuesday and Thursday, I can run with Monday and Friday off. This is good for golf on Monday and for generalized tiredness. Wednesday is even better this week, because I have a business luncheon. The same goes for Friday as for tiredness. Tuesday is good running day. Thursday is a great day.

This is a great start to my program. I’m going to focus on getting to 20-22 miles on the last week of May, with a solid 4 time banger per week.
